In January, about 50 newly selected members spend three days together in residential training, becoming one cohort. A series of lectures on global leadership, history, and economic and industry trends run throughout, taught by Gukin seniors and outside experts.
Between lectures, breakout discussions split into four tracks (Korea-US, Korea-China, Korea-Japan, and North-South Korea) build a foundation in international relations, alongside company and industry site visits. The training closes with team building, division introductions from seniors, and a homecoming on the last day.
