Gukin runs on four divisions all year round. Domestic Mentoring mentors students in Korea, Global Mentoring prepares and runs the summer dispatch, Internal Coordination connects cohorts and divisions through exchange and events, and Arts & Media documents Gukin's activities as content.
Each division's head and members plan and carry out their own work. Members apply to join whichever division interests them, and participation after training is voluntary.
