Over 23 years, 1,070 Gukin members have come through the community. Regardless of cohort, they meet at regular gatherings and homecomings, and seniors help junior members' training and Global Mentoring through talks and sponsorship.
Relationships that support each other's careers and lives continue after graduation. Senior alumni from far earlier cohorts also take part in online Global Mentoring and domestic mentoring.

Gukin recruits a new cohort of early-admission pre-university students from November to January, choosing them through a first-round document review and a second-round interview.

About 50 selected members join a three-day domestic training. Leadership, history, and economics sessions and recreational activities bring the cohort together as one.
